- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp nama shoyu (unpasteurized soy sauce)
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley minced
- Hand mix ingredients thoroughly.
- Will keep in refrigerator one week.
